Consigning Items for Auction

Perhaps you are thinking of consigning merchandise to an Auction.  This process is much easier than you might think.

 “Consignment” merely means that you wish to have JUST AUCTIONS sell your merchandise on your behalf at a public auction. 

 JUST AUCTIONS can arrange everything for you.  Once you decide to consign your merchandise, Ken Bachmann, Owner/Auctioneer, will come to your home to discuss the specific arrangements with you and to answer any questions or concerns you may have.  Every estate, every family is different; all having the same concerns yet each having special requirements.  Whether selling an estate, downsizing, cleaning out the attic, basement, or garage, JUST AUCTIONS will advise you the best course of action for you and your circumstances.  Remember, we are working for you.  The commission fees charged on items sold is extremely competitive within the industry.

 There are many aspects to running a successful Auction. The photography, the advertising, the sale set up, the selling of merchandise, the recording of the sale transactions and finally, the submitting of payment to you.  These are all services provided by JUST AUCTIONS.

 Most auctions take place at the auction Hall.  Your only responsibility, as a consignor, is to have your merchandise delivered to the Hall on the day before the sale. Many choose to make alternative arrangements delivering items in advance.  If required, moving and storage services are available at an additional cost.  JUST AUCTIONS will take care of the rest. 

 In cases where an entire estate is to sold, it is sometimes easier for you, the consignor, to agree to hold the auction ‘On-Site’, meaning at the house.  JUST AUCTIONS will again be happy to assist with all the necessary arrangements.
